Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Store Manager in managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
  • •Monitor and analyze performance data and adjust actions to drive commercial success.
  • •Manage retail operations in a fashion store environment, ensuring customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • •Guide and train team members on brand product knowledge and customer service, and role-model expected standards.
  • •Coordinate team members to execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards and maintain seamless inventory processing.
  • •Coordinate inventory processing to ensure the most efficient stock-to-floor process. (If role requires within assigned area).

Key Requirements

  • •Proven retail sales background with success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory role, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.
  • •Experience supporting store leadership with strong KPI and sales target performance.
  • •Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with energy and motivation.
  • •Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
