Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute project performance controlling for costs, revenue, cash flow, margin, forecasts, variances, utilization, and change orders.
  • •Support Finance with accurate booking of project financials (month closing, accruals), invoicing, receivables monitoring, and supplier invoice follow-up.
  • •Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts for projects, providing data for Project Management and Senior Management.
  • •Support Sales/Tendering during offer preparation and sales phase by identifying and mitigating risk and participating in contract negotiations.
  • •Maintain and update project milestones, budgets, deadlines, and business partner/proposal/project numbers in BEUMER systems, and prepare routine project costing and tracking reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of construction and/or commercial, project-based accounting experience.
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills (power user) and proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong analytical, detail-oriented mindset and ability to challenge figures pragmatically.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with teamwork and goal-driven work style.
