•Design and own the entire hiring lifecycle, including job description crafting, referral engagement, talent sourcing, interview process design, offer and closing, and evaluation.
•Actively surface talent using a range of strategies, including referrals and sourcing new leads.
•Build deep relationships with business or product teams and guide talent into Palantir.
•Use a critical, data-driven approach to manage candidate pipelines and hiring processes.
•Continuously evolve hiring operations by scanning what’s working and what’s failing and rebuilding processes as needed.
