Job Summary

Make engineering execution more predictable across software, hardware, test infrastructure, and QPU programs. Own planning cadence, integrated plans, dependency and risk visibility, and operational reporting. Facilitate release and operational readiness reviews, maintain Jira/Confluence/GitHub operating discipline, and track decisions and actions to closure. Coordinate cross-functional milestones and help standardize and improve engineering communication and continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Run consistent planning and review cadence across software, hardware, QPU programs, and engineering infrastructure.
•Maintain a single decision-useful view of initiatives, dependencies, risks, and delivery confidence.
•Facilitate weekly execution reviews, roadmap/release-readiness reviews, and milestone retrospectives.
•Coordinate release and deployment readiness across repositories, CI/CD pipelines, test environments, and target machines.
•Produce engineering updates and create agendas, pre-reads, decision records, and action logs; automate status reporting when practical.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000

Key Requirements

•Facilitate engineering planning and execution across multiple programs and engineering functions.
•Maintain operational hygiene across Jira and Confluence, and support release/integration coordination.
•Translate priorities into coherent, capacity-aware plans with named owners, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
•Track decisions, actions, risks, assumptions, and dependencies through to closure without becoming the technical approver.
•Coordinate cross-functional dependency visibility and resolve conflicts by escalating with delivery impact.
