Key Responsibilities

  • •Support senior management and personnel to reinforce HSE leadership and ensure HSE is prioritized with business objectives.
  • •Lead HSE programs, initiatives, and performance metrics for the MX96 site, aligned with Honeywell standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
  • •Create, evaluate, and manage emergency and disaster preparedness plans.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, compliance audits, and corrective action programs to prevent injuries and environmental incidents.
  • •Analyze HSE data trends and performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations to leadership; support audits and inspections while ensuring timely closure of findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environmental management within manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or industrial operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards.
  • •Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, compliance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
