Senior CPU Physical Design Engineer

Drive physical implementation and optimization of next-generation Intel CPU designs from RTL to manufacturing-ready databases. Execute the full physical design flow—floorplanning, synthesis, place-and-route, clock tree synthesis, static timing analysis, and power/clock distribution—along with verification and signoff. Collaborate with architecture, logic, circuit, CAD, and validation teams to improve power, area, frequency, and manufacturability, and help build/refine automation methodologies and workflows.
