Job Summary

Work onsite at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, supporting Live Nation’s Northwell venue marketing efforts. Escort approved photographers and videographers, create and post real-time event coverage on the venue’s social media (Instagram Stories), and capture phone clips as directed. Monitor and respond to audience comments and DMs, keep signage and digital displays accurate, and coordinate with Premium Seating, Ancillary, and Food & Beverage teams to highlight venue offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area at each show.
•Create and post real-time event coverage on the venue’s social media pages (Instagram Stories).
•Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams.
•Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
•Ensure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
•Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional).
•Music knowledge (event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred).
•Creative, proactive approach with strong organization and attention to detail.
•Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
