Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage YPO site supervisors and oversee full scope of plant operations across manufacturing, technical services, supply chain, quality, and operational excellence.
  • •Drive plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives (EBS pull, PQ wide key projects) and implement the continuous improvement framework and related scorecard execution.
  • •Lead CPS operations leadership and participate in strategic planning and employment/staffing and performance management decisions.
  • •Monitor and act on daily operational performance indicators to ensure safety, quality, schedule, cost, and productivity goals are met.
  • •Engage direct reports in LEAN initiatives (operator standard work, 5S, pull systems, empowered work teams, structured problem solving) and coach supervisors and teams to develop capability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • •3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing operations or engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • •3+ years of experience managing others.
  • •Lean manufacturing experience and/or certification.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP experience (preferred).
