Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of customer-driven software solutions.
  • •Complete projects including custom Crystal Reports, data import/export, custom application integrations, and custom database programming (SQL triggers and stored procedures).
  • •Support existing customers of the Custom Solutions team, including remote and on-site installation as needed.
  • •Install software on customer systems, typically over remote connection, with on-site installation possible for high-security sites.
  • •Prepare documentation with requirements and propose solutions based on customer requests, and perform sustaining engineering for existing solutions.
