Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of contracted solutions at the project/program level, ensuring adherence to deal economics, schedule, and quality standards.
  • •Manage overall project/program risks and make critical adjustments with senior management buy-in for key project plans.
  • •Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive project work plans and ensure requirements traceability across the lifecycle.
  • •Drive strategic direction for change management activities and support client change enablement processes.
  • •Mentor and develop team members, including oversight of management of relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Profound understanding of contract terms, interpretation, and customer expectations management.
  • •Proven experience applying project/program management disciplines for estimation, work planning, and scope management.
  • •Proficiency with project management methods, tools, and techniques, including Microsoft platform technologies, Microsoft Project, and DevOps for tracking and control.
  • •Good knowledge of Earned Value reporting to support financial decision-making.
  • •Strong people management experience, including team leadership and mentorship (plus advantage: PMI PMP or PgM certification and a bachelor’s in business or technology-related field).
