Job Summary

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), bridging current operational processes with platform capabilities. Configure and develop HAM Pro modules, define lifecycle workflows, stockroom/inventory models, integrations, and governance, then drive testing, validation, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Partner with stakeholders across ITSM, asset management, procurement, and operations, and support pre-sales activities through proposals and Statements of Work.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise and support the GMF team through migration to the newer HAM Pro version.
•Assess current-state hardware asset lifecycle processes and document request-to-retirement workflows.
•Design future-state end-to-end HAM Pro workflows, including lifecycle states/transitions, inventory model, asset assignments/transfers, and reporting KPIs.
•Lead hands-on HAM Pro activation, foundational setup, configuration, normalization/content services, and required integrations.
•Execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, support UAT, and deliver solution documentation and knowledge transfer for post go-live operations.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
•Proven experience implementing ServiceNow HAM Pro in an enterprise environment.
•Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management and CMDB/asset relationships.
•Hands-on experience with HAM Pro configuration, lifecycle workflows, hardware normalization, content services, and stockroom/inventory management.
•Experience integrating HAM with procurement systems and discovery/CMDB data sources, plus strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
