Key Responsibilities

  • •Process vehicle titles accurately to ensure compliance, marketability, and resolution of problematic documents.
  • •Assist Title Clerks with title processing and achieve prompt resolution of title problems for clients and buyers.
  • •Prepare and run weekly title reports, including title status updates and title inquiry email support.
  • •Request and process duplicate titles per company policy and ensure return of title on voided sales in a timely manner.
  • •Scan titles to electronic format and create shipping labels/packages to send titles daily to purchasing dealers and buyers.
