Director, Operations

Lead operations for the San Antonio Terminal, supervising staff and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, customs regulations, and contractual agreements. Own strategic and logistical planning, set annual operational objectives, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance plans across preventive, corrective, and predictive approaches. Drive productivity using KPIs and terminal operating systems, plan automation and new technologies, and build alliances with shipping lines, port authorities, suppliers, customers, and union leaders.
