Job Summary

Legal Counsel, Supply Chain supports Anduril’s high-volume procurement activities by drafting, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts (POs, SOWs, MSAs, NDAs) while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and other government contracting requirements. You will train business partners, improve legal processes, and collaborate across supply chain, quality, operations, trade compliance, and cybersecurity teams to enable rapid, compliant scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Be an active and integral member of Anduril’s Legal team, providing critical legal support to the supply chain organization.
•Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of transactional agreements including POs, SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, and other supplier contracts, ensuring rapid and compliant execution.
•Partner with and empower the supply chain, quality, and operations teams by providing practical training, templates, and self-service tools for day-to-day contracting and compliance.
•Establish, refine, and implement legal frameworks, SOPs, and process improvements to streamline reviews and support growth, often leveraging technology.
•Ensure strict compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to supply chain management, including FAR and DFARS flowdowns, certifications, and government contracting requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier accredited law school.
•Minimum of 5 years of relevant transactional experience focused on supply chain, procurement, commercial contracts, or trade law, ideally in manufacturing or technology.
•At least 2+ years of direct FAR/DFARS supply chain compliance, certifications, and flowdown requirements (or equivalent UK/AUS/EU defense procurement regulations).
•Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state, with ability to become authorized to practice in California (e.g., California Bar or In-House Counsel status).
•Proven ability to manage a very high volume of transactional legal work (POs, MSAs, SOWs) with speed, precision, and business focus.
