Key Responsibilities

  • •Spend a lot of time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs.
  • •Develop key parts of the product roadmap, marrying customers’ needs with the product vision.
  • •Empower your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment.
  • •Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, GTM teams, and other stakeholders; build scalable processes as the company grows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies serving large enterprises with responsibilities spanning AI/ML Ops and external-facing platform capabilities.
  • •Experience building or working with LLMs for at-scale products is a major plus.
  • •Strong technical background with experience in both UX and API-driven products and 3rd party product partnerships.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proven track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results with cross-functional collaboration.
