Job Summary

Product Manager for Glean Model Hub evaluates LLM models, defines roadmaps for expanding the LLM portfolio, and manages relationships with inference and model providers. You’ll define strategy to let customers experiment with different LLMs, forecast usage and costs, and drive enablement and upgrade adoption for latest AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Spend a lot of time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs.
•Develop key parts of the product roadmap, marrying customers’ needs with the product vision.
•Empower your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment.
•Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
•Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, GTM teams, and other stakeholders; build scalable processes as the company grows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies serving large enterprises with responsibilities spanning AI/ML Ops and external-facing platform capabilities.
•Experience building or working with LLMs for at-scale products is a major plus.
•Strong technical background with experience in both UX and API-driven products and 3rd party product partnerships.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proven track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results with cross-functional collaboration.
