Job Summary

Lead product strategy and roadmap for keeping patients engaged in recommended longitudinal testing for recurrence monitoring. Own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch, simplifying ordering and scheduling, and improving physician portal, EHR, and patient portal experiences. •Simplify ordering and scheduling so providers and patients always know the next step and due dates, reducing friction and manual work.
•Improve provider and patient experiences, including physician portal, EHR systems, and patient portal.
•Partner across commercial, operations, clinical, and engineering teams (including health-system and lab integrations) and ground decisions in data you review regularly.
•Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch: define and measure success, champion the roadmap with senior/executive stakeholders, and advance the longer-term vision of clinically-informed, adaptive recommendations.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in digital product management; healthcare, biotech, or life sciences experience is a plus.
•Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
•Strong product and UX judgment, including identifying high-impact improvements and prioritizing short- and long-term goals.
•Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code/Cursor), LLMs, agents, and prototyping tools to accelerate product development.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
