Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical expertise to strengthen coordination of international technical assistance, including facilitating communication with development partners and implementing agencies and maintaining up-to-date ITA project records.
  • •Monitor implementation of ITA projects and prepare analytical reports on progress, effectiveness, and utilization of development resources.
  • •Review and provide technical inputs on documentation for Ministry endorsement (e.g., MoUs, letters of intent, activity plans, TORs, partnership agreements, procurement plans) and draft letters of support for ITA project registration or re-registration.
  • •Support strategic communication and partnership engagement by coordinating with international partners, drafting official correspondence and materials in Ukrainian and English, and preparing briefing and analytical products for high-level events.
  • •Provide technical and advisory support for preparing, organizing, and following up Health Sector Working Group meetings and other donor coordination mechanisms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,700 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Health Policy, Public Health, Social Sciences, or another relevant discipline.
  • •At least 2 years of professional experience in international cooperation, donor coordination, project management, or public administration.
  • •Experience preparing analytical reports, policy briefs, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • •Demonstrated experience facilitating multi-stakeholder coordination and managing partnerships across government institutions and development partners.
  • •English (Expert) and Ukrainian (Expert) with strong drafting and communication skills.
