Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product and occasionally Commercial Operations to define and solve high-impact analytical problems using advanced analytical and statistical approaches.
  • •Perform analytical deep dives to identify strategic growth opportunities in key product levers.
  • •Define and measure success metrics for new features and products, and run advanced experimentation and causal inference to optimize user experiences.
  • •Lead central Data Science initiatives such as experimentation systems and building data agents/eventing systems.
  • •Advocate for best practices in data analysis and interpretation to foster a data-driven culture.

Key Requirements

  • •BS, MS, or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research).
  • •Minimum 7 years industry experience in data science.
  • •Strong experience with advanced experimentation and statistical modeling.
  • •Expertise in SQL, experience with Python, and familiarity with data pipeline tooling (e.g., dbt) and git.
  • •Excellent analytical problem-solving and ability to communicate complex findings to an executive audience.
