Applied Research Intern, Proactive Intelligence & Customer World Models (PhD / Graduate Co-op)

Graduate research intern will own end-to-end research in proactive intelligence, working on Customer World Models, proactive intelligence, and agentic decision systems. You’ll frame questions, develop methods, run experiments, publish findings, and, if successful, ship work into production systems used by Block’s customers and sellers. Focus areas include representation learning, foundation models, RL, and learning from feedback loops.
