OSS Improvement Manager (m/f)

Drive continuous improvement and supplier performance for the cabin perimeter within the Cabin FAL Interface Back Office team. Lead Rework Cost Validation negotiations to determine non-conformity liability between production and suppliers, and deliver cross-departmental improvement projects to address recurring cabin quality issues. Design and monitor OSS contractual terms, reactivity targets, and financial claim structures, while building data-driven performance and budget reports using tools like Skywise and Looker Studio.
