Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide preconstruction support during the project approval phase, including historical cost data and assistance with annual contractor purchase orders.
  • •Manage internal project budgets and schedule of values for monthly financial reporting across multiple projects.
  • •Manage external project budgets and communications using project management software, including commitment management, change management, and document control.
  • •Manage monthly forecasts and cash flows; understand forecast variances and develop monthly executive reports.
  • •Support vendor invoice reviews, accrual reporting for existing purchase orders, and change order routing and review processes within project management software.

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of industry experience (recent graduate)
  • •Bachelor's and/or master's degree
