Job Summary

Own quality integration for Lattice by authoring and executing test plans across the active release branch, then expanding them into automation that runs green in CI. Build and maintain reference environments and comprehensive test setups (cloud, robot, NixOS VM), and integrate regression/performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. Partner with teams to onboard services into the Integrated Continuous Release (ICR) pipeline, improve debugging and hygiene, and implement AI-enabled automation for earlier issue detection.

Key Responsibilities

•Author and execute test plans against the active Lattice release branch (manual where appropriate) and maintain them as products evolve.
•Build and extend automated systems for development, verification, and release to uphold quality for SWP services and products.
•Develop and maintain reference and test environments (cloud, robot, NixOS VM) and help teams debug software behavior within them.
•Integrate regression and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines with baselines so regressions are caught before reaching customers.
•Onboard SWP services onto the Integrated Continuous Release (ICR) pipeline by porting tests, wiring Diagnostic Runner checks, and shepherding early green runs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years building automated verification suites at scale.
•DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline development (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) with automated testing frameworks and scripting.
•Hands-on experience automating Hardware-in-The-Loop (HITL) and Software-in-The-Loop (SITL) for production release processes.
•Expertise implementing software tests including automated regression, unit, and integration testing.
•Proficiency in Python for automation and system development, plus experience with container workflows and Terraform.
