Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the site management team overseeing project execution including HSSE, supply chain, cost management, planning, and construction management.
  • •Work with the client to establish requirements among construction subcontractors.
  • •Support establishing an HSSE culture at site and provide visible HSSE leadership.
  • •Establish communication and coordination procedures with the client and construction contractors; analyze contractor schedules and progress to confirm project status and review mitigations.
  • •Participate and lead project reviews, support resolution of contractor queries, review change requests, and ensure contractual and commercial responsibilities are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar technical field (preferred).
  • •Professional certification such as MBA, PMP, or PE (desired).
  • •20 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in project management (oil and gas or petrochemical industries).
  • •Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • •Experience managing large projects through home office EP to construction and commissioning, including as PMC (preferred).
