Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage category operations across the inbound supply chain, including supplier management, forecasting, purchasing, delivery tracking, and KPI performance.
  • •Own key metrics such as OTIF, Waste, ASN Compliance, and Customer Errors, identifying trends and driving actions to improve performance.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams (Forecasting, Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory) to ensure category excellence and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • •Define and execute audit checks to ensure purchase orders are complete, accurate, and aligned with business requirements before sending to suppliers.
  • •Anticipate and resolve supply chain risks, manage supplier relationships and queries, and support junior Purchasing Coordinators with guidance and operational problem-solving.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of previous purchasing experience as a Buyer.
  • •Expertise operating Microsoft Office programs, with ERP/MRP system experience preferred.
  • •Ability to calculate, generate, audit, and adjust purchase orders accurately for inbound supply.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Fluency in English; additional European languages (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
