Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain system-level requirements across all current hardware and future devices, including how devices collaborate, communicate, and fail gracefully together.
•Build and maintain a data-informed “voice of the customer” understanding to define requirements, prioritize trade-offs, and validate outcomes.
•Lead discovery on new and existing hardware types by evaluating sensing technologies and device configurations, assessing feasibility and regulatory constraints, and linking recommendations to business expansion.
•Define phase success from PRD through concept, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production, translating end-user needs, unit economics, and clinical/business goals into clear requirements.
•Drive cross-functional strategy and execution, including end-to-end implementation experience (inclusive of software) and using AI to accelerate product development iterations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of product management experience with hardware-enabled systems, including hardware, embedded systems, and hardware-software integration.
•End-to-end ownership of defining hardware success, including launching profitable new SKUs and setting system-level requirements across PRD/concept through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production.
•Strong technical foundation in perception and sensing technologies (cameras, radar, thermal, BLE beacons, audio) and translating real-world functionality into cross-device requirements.
•Proven ability to define willingness to pay and build a cost model for a multi-device hardware network, including COGS with full BOM and target gross margin.
•Ability to work fluently with hardware, embedded, and software engineers on system-level trade-offs and technical requirements, plus strong written and verbal communication for durable system requirements and PRDs.
