Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex global programs end-to-end, including new entity formation, geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and infrastructure evolution (EOR/vendor transitions, payroll migrations, and related changes).
  • •Build and drive the program plan by translating objectives into requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions.
  • •Partner across People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and other teams to connect dependencies and prevent gaps.
  • •Own program communication and change management, including executive updates and employee communications for affected changes.
  • •Create repeatable infrastructure as the company scales by turning learnings into templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 annually
