Key Responsibilities

•Participate in a 15-week rotational Graduate Training Program for Construction Project Management with intensive technical, business, and leadership training.
•Travel to multiple company locations for in-person learning and complete virtual trainings and assignments between sessions.
•Oversee and manage full-cycle HVAC construction portfolios at job sites as part of the program.
•After training, develop project plans, ensure stakeholder alignment, and track project process for construction projects.
•Administer, implement, and manage assigned project scope of work, schedule, and budget while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Requirements

•Possess a bachelor’s degree, with a preferred degree in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or equivalent (graduated prior to the start date).
•Demonstrated knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and building systems through coursework, projects, groups, or related work/volunteering.
•Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
•Ability to travel to various in-person destinations throughout the 15-week training program.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, provide proof of insurance, and have no major/frequent traffic violations (including DUI) within the previous 3 years.
