Embrex Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day hatchery operations, including supervising hatch process activities (sanitation, embrex, egg setting, scheduling) and supporting animal welfare practices. Assist in monitoring and maintaining the Quality Assurance program to ensure optimal chick quality, track sanitation performance using required data, and manage preventative maintenance follow-ups. Lead a zero-accident culture, mentor and cross-train team members, and follow safety and OSHA-related requirements.
