Job Summary

Support the HRBP team across core HR processes in the Edenred group holding. You’ll assist with HR administration (employee files in Workday, employment contracts, URSSAF affiliation, collaborator data updates, and residence permit follow-up), help with recruiting interns and trainees, contribute to HR reporting and social reporting updates, and support training and onboarding activities to strengthen the employee experience and employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the HRBP team across HR processes for the group holding.
•Handle HR administration: employee file creation in Workday, formalize employment agreements/contracts, manage URSSAF affiliation, update collaborator data, and follow residence permits.
•Support recruiting for interns and trainees: gather briefs from managers, publish job ads, prequalify candidates, and participate in interviews.
•Contribute to HR reporting: analyze data compliance in the HR tool, consolidate HR metrics for key moments, and support updates to the BDESE and social reporting.
•Support training and onboarding initiatives: organize required training sessions, help with the training plan deployment/reporting, and support weekly onboarding sessions and employer branding activities.

Key Requirements

•You are preparing a specialized master’s degree in Human Resources (Ressources Humaines).
•You have strong HR-related organization: curiosity and adaptability, with rigor and confidentiality.
•You can work well in a team and maintain good relationships (bon relationnel).
•You master Microsoft Office, especially Excel (search formulas and pivot tables/dynamic tables).
•You have professional French and English; Workday experience is a plus.
