Employee Experience Specialist

Create a positive, productive workplace by planning and executing Employee Experience programs across SpaceX. Own onsite community and culture initiatives—events, speaker series, mentorship, employee recognition, gifting, and internal communications—while partnering with the Internal Communications Manager. Use data to track engagement, budget, and ROI across locations, and guide Employee Social Groups through budgeting, network growth, and training of Community Leads.
