Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety consciousness on shift and coach employees to follow company policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure production is executed to SOPs and GMP practices, meeting customer quality specifications.
  • •Initiate incident or near-miss investigations and CAPA investigations for out-of-spec production.
  • •Review priorities, assign responsibilities, and provide coverage as an active operator for breaks, vacations, and additional lead tasks.
  • •Monitor, sign off, and reconcile production records/paperwork, including daily production information and handoff reports; lead cleaning/sanitation during shift and solicit continuous improvement ideas.
