Lead store operations as an integral member of the store management team—create a high-energy customer experience, coach associates on sales and service behaviors, and resolve escalated consumer concerns. Support training for new hires and ongoing teams, help set expectations and deliver performance feedback, and ensure day-to-day execution of cash handling and merchandising processes. Supervise the team when management is absent and help meet sales and performance goals.
