  • •Drive platform reliability and availability by maintaining resilient Windows infrastructure and meeting service level commitments.
  • •Strengthen security and operational integrity through proactive system maintenance, patching, access governance, and compliance-focused practices.
  • •Accelerate service performance and scalability by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing automation.
  • •Troubleshoot complex platform issues, minimize disruption, and restore services quickly to support business continuity.
  • •Contribute to infrastructure modernization, disaster recovery readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase resilience and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically minimum 4 years of relevant experience in systems administration.
  • •Implement and maintain Active Directory and Windows Server environments, including Windows clustering.
  • •Experience with enterprise SAN/NAS configurations and MS SCCM, plus VMware VCM and virtualization management.
  • •Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including DNS and DHCP.
  • •MCSE certification (or equivalent) and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) with at least 2 years of relevant systems administration experience.
