Key Responsibilities

•Define and quantify content risks in monetization scenarios using data, expert judgment, regulations, and sentiment trends; build risk control strategies and enforcement capabilities.
•Balance revenue vs. risk by assessing key risks and emergencies; build safety solutions for sustainable business growth.
•Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to codify risk mitigation capabilities.
•Design intelligent risk governance products and processes.
•Track risk metrics (e.g., risk rate, false positive rate, coverage) and drive continuous improvement through monitoring and retrospectives.

Key Requirements

•Experience in risk control/anti-fraud/Trust & Safety/ad governance/risk strategy ops, with a track record owning metrics and driving improvements.
•Proficient in SQL with strong data skills for independent data extraction, metric design, root-cause analysis, and dashboards.
•Use an end-to-end risk strategy ops methodology (risk identification to monitoring/retrospectives) and drive platformization.
•Cross-functional collaboration to decompose complex problems and align stakeholders (product, algorithms, ops, policy) to execute.
•High proficiency in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing; both are required to support clients in China and communicate with stakeholders.
