Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate end-to-end NPI manufacturing strategy, ensuring seamless transition from engineering design to mass production while driving DFM/DFT/DFAA and PFMEA risk mitigation.
  • •Drive quality governance by managing quality metrics (FPY, yield), leading RCA and corrective actions, and handling escalations such as line-stop and stop-ship incidents.
  • •Develop and enhance PCBA & FATP manufacturing processes (SMT, wave soldering, automation, assembly and testing) and lead value engineering to optimize productivity and cost.
  • •Transition from reactive troubleshooting to predictive analytics by using data tools to identify process trends and test-related failures before mass production impacts.
  • •Manage supplier governance and policy formation for ODM/EMS, including capacity planning, supplier evaluations/audits, site onboarding, product transfers, and governance of ECOs and deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in EMS/ODM environments.
  • •Extensive expertise in SMT/PCBA/ATP processes, equipment, test process optimization, and advanced quality management systems.
  • •Proven ability to diagnose complex manufacturing issues and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Deep experience with supplier audits, policy formation, and QMS development.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in process improvement initiatives and mentoring technical teams.
