Job Summary

Lead the MOA project management for Finance Systems Maintenance within HSBC's Finance Change Delivery & Strategy Execution. Serve as the functional reference for Finance users, drive maintenance and process improvements, coordinate system evolution projects, manage user needs, and ensure data reliability, quality, and regulatory compliance across HSBC Continental Europe.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and run ongoing operations of Finance systems, including monthly, quarterly, and annual production; monitor incidents and coordinate with technical teams for resolution and escalation.
•Identify and propose improvements/automations to reduce manual tasks; standardize processes by recommending best practices.
•Participate in Finance-related system projects (deployments, upgrades, UAT tests); coordinate user requirements, centralize requests, and prioritize enhancements; track project progress and deliverables quality.
•Support stakeholder communication; contribute to war rooms during closures; analyze data quality issues and report project progress.
•Serve as the functional reference for Finance users, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability across Finance, IT, Change Management and Business teams.

Key Requirements

•Excellent knowledge of financial systems and processes (accounting, reporting, consolidation); ability to analyze functional problems and propose operational solutions.
•Very strong communication and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
•Team spirit and autonomy; emphasis on quality, rigor and analytical thinking.
•Experience in project management related to system evolutions; ideally Finance-related projects.
•Ability to act as a functional reference for Finance users and to pilot maintenance activities, controls, and data/process reliability.
