Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, manage, and supervise quality and food safety management systems, including ensuring controlled and effective quality documentation.
  • •Set and disseminate standards for work standardization, coordinate with other departments for system management and operations issues, and handle customer/consumer complaints.
  • •Manage supplier quality processes by reviewing supplier documents, conducting on-site audits of quality control and site management capabilities, and supporting approved supplier decisions.
