Job Summary

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through coaching, operational excellence, and client-focused leadership. Model service behaviors and selling standards, drive omni-channel and virtual selling, and ensure strong clienteling and loyalty programs. Recruit, onboard, and develop associates, monitor KPIs, and step in as Store Leader when needed. Support brand/visual standards, inventory accuracy, cash handling, schedules, and compliance, including live stream shopping.

•Drive omni-channel and virtual selling, including clienteling through client books, outreach, and loyalty programs.

•Act as Store Leader in their absence and help foster an inclusive, motivating culture.
•Oversee operational excellence including opening/closing, cash handling, facility security, schedules/payroll, compliance, loss prevention, and inventory accuracy.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of retail management experience in fashion/lifestyle or a comparable environment (education and experience may be considered together).
•Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with retail systems.
•Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends, and react quickly.
•Strong English language proficiency.
