Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for building projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Lead mechanical engineers and designers across planning, design, and execution while managing schedules, budgets, and resources. Partner with clients, review/approve mechanical deliverables, implement QA/QC, and provide technical support during construction through RFIs, inspections, and issue resolution. Coordinate contractors and vendors for installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of mechanical engineers and designers through planning, design, and execution phases.
•Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and meet client satisfaction.
•Implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure accurate, reliable, compliant designs.
•Review and approve mechanical design deliverables against project requirements and client expectations.
•Provide technical support during construction, including RFIs, site inspections, and resolving technical issues; coordinate contractors and vendors for installation and commissioning.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) and a Master’s degree in Engineering (or related field).
•Proficiency with engineering design software including AutoCAD and Revit MEP, plus HVAC load calculation tools.
•Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
•SAP ERP functional skills are required to succeed in the role.
