Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in achieving company quality policy and objectives to improve customer-satisfying product quality
  • •Handle and follow up customer complaints, maintain the complaint system, prepare customer 8D responses, and support customer audits
  • •Analyze product quality issues, drive corrective actions with relevant departments, and track verification via CAR
  • •Maintain customer relationships, visit customers occasionally, and support sales/technical teams with solutions and recommendations
  • •Develop/update product quality control standards, train production staff on quality judgment, and conduct regular on-site audits

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (本科)
  • •2+ years of quality department experience
  • •Fluent English in listening/speaking/reading/writing (CET-6 implied)
  • •Able to use Minitab to conduct SPC and Cpk analysis
  • •Familiar with customer complaint handling and able to independently analyze issues and respond with 8D/CAR
