Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients and act as the primary contact.
•Organize regular meetings with clients to understand needs, priorities and emerging risks.
•Develop relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention, and identify new business opportunities in Piemonte.
•Perform broking activities and provide technical risk analysis to define insurance programs.
•Coordinate internal activities and CRM-based opportunity tracking to support client management and business development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 46,300 - 69,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in the insurance sector with portfolio management of corporate clients and/or broking activities (risk analysis and placement of coverages).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
•Good English (spoken and written).
•Strong interpersonal and commercial skills with client orientation and empathy.
•Teamwork mindset and ability to coordinate activities across functions and projects.
