Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide detailed in-process inspections on components within Falcon using drawings, CAD models, and established processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for receiving and storage of composite raw materials.
  • •Document production non-conformances in accordance with prescribed procedures.
  • •Support the QMS policies and procedure documentation, assess compliance, and help initiate continual improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • •Support the Material Review Board (MRB) process by documenting and managing non-conformances.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of inspection experience in an aerospace, military, or manufacturing environment.
  • •Associate degree in a technical or engineering field (preferred).
  • •5+ years of experience in a quality, inspection, or manufacturing role (preferred).
  • •Ability to read and interpret cure reports and conformance certifications; practical experience with GD&T and metrology tools (preferred).
