Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the creation, management, and coordination of bridge design models (bridges, piers, abutments, retaining walls, etc.).
  • •Coordinate across disciplines (roads, utilities, geotechnical, drainage) and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
  • •Support design reviews, interdisciplinary meetings, and model coordination workshops.
  • •Ensure work complies with company and client standards and provide technical support to junior modelers and engineers.
  • •Drive digital workflows including parametric modeling and automation (e.g., Dynamo), including BIM integration with structural analysis tools when applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a Master’s preferred.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in Steel Structure bridges design.
  • •Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Dynamo, and AutoCAD.
  • •Required: bridges design using AASHTO.
  • •Experience integrating BIM with structural analysis software when applicable (e.g., Midas Civil & CSI Bridge).
