Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop recommendation and search system architecture to ensure stability and high availability.
  • •Optimize performance of online services and offline data streams while resolving system bottlenecks and reducing cost overheads.
  • •Abstract common components and services to support rapid incubation of new products and ToB services.
  • •Build large-model solutions with system and engineering innovations to overcome key infrastructure bottlenecks.
  • •Work on native training/inference architecture redesign, inference acceleration, and scalable multimodal data infrastructure and RAG-based applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Strong programming skills with a command of data structures and fundamental algorithms.
  • •Proficiency in C/C++ for traditional coding roles and/or Python for intelligent coding roles to implement complex algorithms and build iterative models.
  • •Strong engineering mindset to balance performance and cost.
  • •Ability to meet an onboarding date commitment by end of year 2027; include availability and graduation date in your resume.
