Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business, product, and technology strategies into architectural narratives that guide enterprise decisions for modernization.
  • •Shape and socialize EBCM through capability taxonomies, value streams, and cross-enterprise operating frameworks linking strategy to execution.
  • •Lead business architecture for high-impact use cases (e.g., M&A process simplification, platform rationalization, investment planning, modernization).
  • •Partner with executives and enterprise leaders to define domain boundaries, capability ownership, and operating models supporting continuous delivery.
  • •Define measurement frameworks (KPIs/OKRs/scorecards) to track transformation value and ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in business architecture, strategy, enterprise technology strategy, or equivalent transformation roles.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Experience with enterprise and technology architecture functions and frameworks, including TOGAF and Zachman.
  • •Deep expertise translating complex business requirements into enterprise models for decision-making and investment planning.
