Key Responsibilities

  • •Select and purchase quality products, coordinating scheduling and purchasing of equipment, materials, supplies, and expediting services.
  • •Work with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries, consistent quality, uninterrupted supply, and best pricing.
  • •Handle procurement correspondence for under/over-shipments, delivery shortages, quantity or price changes, and delivery date changes.
  • •Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement challenges.
  • •Implement procurement strategy for continuity of supply, analyze spend and inventory/payment-term impacts, and deliver price-saving projects.

Key Requirements
