Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and evaluate architectural designs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  • •Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and designers to ensure solutions meet requirements and align with architectural standards.
  • •Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices optimized for BIM.
  • •Identify and mitigate design risks by collaborating with project teams, designers, and stakeholders.
  • •Ensure architectural designs align with strategic objectives; liaise with authorities for design approvals and lead QMS and project life cycle compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institute.
  • •At least 12 years of proven experience in a similar role with an exemplary track record.
  • •Expert knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  • •Expert knowledge of BIM processes, including model review, clash detection, and change management.
  • •Experience working on projects in the Middle East.
