Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and process customer purchase orders from Sales and business partners, ensuring accurate and timely ERP order entry.
  • •Generate internal sales orders, validate commercial/technical/financial information, and promptly address order discrepancies.
  • •Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, due diligence requirements, and taxation guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Experience supporting order management, customer service, sales operations, or related business processes in manufacturing, industrial, OEM, Oil & Gas, valves, or similar industries.
  • •Proficiency with customer relationship management systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
