Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct site analyses, land-use evaluations, and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
  • •Develop architectural master plans and preliminary site layouts, including massing studies and spatial programs.
  • •Evaluate zoning codes, land-use bylaws, building regulations, and environmental impact guidelines to ensure early-stage compliance.
  • •Create detailed project execution plans with phase gates and manage interdisciplinary teams for coordinated workflows.
  • •Prepare planning applications and supporting documentation for public hearings and manage the approval process, including RFIs and regulatory negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred.
  • •4–8 years of professional experience in architectural design, master planning, or project architecture within the commercial real estate sector.
  • •Registered Architect (RA/AIA) or AICP certification is preferred, or candidates currently on track for professional licensure.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • •Working knowledge of ArcGIS and QGIS, and experience using project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is valued.
