Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Copilot solutions across M365 and custom Copilot use cases.
  • •Build and integrate AI solutions using Azure AI services, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • •Operate and monitor AI workloads to ensure reliability, performance, and responsible usage.
  • •Support the AI solution lifecycle including deployment, updates, and optimisation in Managed Services environments.

  • •Experience with Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio) and Azure AI services.

  • •Experience building or supporting AI/ML or automation solutions using Python, APIs, or low-code platforms.
  • •Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance including responsible AI principles, plus monitoring and incident management using ITIL practices.
